BookMe’s Terms of Use for Practitioners

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Practitioners who register and use the branded BookMe platform, operated by Right Help, Right Now Oy. By registering, you confirm that you act as an independent professional and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

BookMe connects clients with Practitioners but does not provide therapy or coaching services directly. We do not guarantee that a Practitioner will receive client requests. Practitioners may choose to discontinue sessions at their discretion, provided it is within ethical standards and not for discriminatory reasons, and clients may do the same, unless both parties have agreed otherwise.

1. General

1.1. Right Help, Right Now Oy, Business ID 3512565-5, a limited company registered in Finland (“BookMe”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operates an online marketplace connecting clients with certified therapists, coaches, and wellness professionals (the “Service”), available at bookme.pro (the “Website” or “Platform”).

1.2. These Terms govern your registration and use of the Service as a “Practitioner”. By using the platform, you agree to meet all legal, ethical, and professional requirements applicable to your practice. Failure to do so will result in suspension or removal from the Platform.

1.3. The Service is intended for qualified professionals aged 18 or older who are legally permitted to provide their services within their practice.

1.4. You must ensure that all information you provide,  including credentials, business details, and contact information is accurate, current, and complete, and kept up to date.

2. Professional Credentials

2.1. Practitioners must provide valid professional certificates, licenses and accreditations for every service they offer. For example, a coach must provide a coaching certificate, and a therapist must provide a valid practicing license. These certificates will be visible on your public profile. All Practitioners under this agreement must be legally qualified to practice under their relevant specialisations. 

2.2. Practitioners must provide a certificate of business registration (company, sole trader, or self-employment) including the business number. All Practitioners are classified as independent contractors under domestic and international law. If you are self-employed and lack such certification, contact**** info@bookme.pro**** for assistance. These documents are for verification only and not visible to users.

2.3. Practitioners must hold valid professional insurance and renew it as required. In countries where insurance is not mandatory, contact info@bookme.pro. Practitioners indemnify BookMe from any liability arising from their professional services. Insurance documents are verified internally and not displayed publicly.

2.4. All therapists and coaches must be members of a recognised national or international accreditation body. A list of accepted organisations is available upon request.

3. Registration and Onboarding

3.1. Once all relevant documents have been submitted, BookMe will review your application and typically activate your profile within three (3) working days if approved.

3.2. Practitioners are bound by BookMe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. For assistance with signup or onboarding, see the Registration Guide.

4. Platform Conduct

4.1. Practitioners must not solicit, encourage, or accept clients obtained through BookMe to outside the Platform for the purpose of avoiding platform fees or arranging private sessions. Any attempt to bypass BookMe, including offering direct payment links or sharing personal contact details,  may result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform.

4.2. Practitioners are responsible for ensuring that all profile information, certifications, and pricing are accurate and up to date. Misrepresentation of qualifications or experience may lead to termination and, in severe cases, reporting to authorities.

4.3. Practitioners must attend all confirmed sessions and maintain a professional and confidential environment, including a reliable internet connection and suitable surroundings. Repeated client complaints may result in review, suspension, or removal from the Platform. If you are unable to attend a confirmed appointment, please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible so the client can receive a refund.

4.4. All Practitioners must attend all confirmed sessions. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your session, it will be cancelled and deemed a “no show”. If there is no valid reason for the no-show, or if repeated no-shows occur, BookMe may remove the Practitioner from the Platform. 

4.5 Practitioners must attend the full confirmed session for the entire duration, given the session has been paid and confirmed by the client. This allows clients who are running late to attend at least some of the session. 

5. Payments

5.1. All payments are processed through Stripe, which deducts BookMe’s 15% commission plus applicable Stripe fees.

5.2. Practitioners are responsible for all taxes and reporting obligations arising from their earnings and act as the Merchant of Record for their own transactions.

6. Professional Standards

6.1. Practitioners must uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality. Discriminatory, harmful, or inappropriate behaviour toward clients is strictly prohibited.

6.2. Clients may be invited to provide feedback after sessions to ensure service quality. BookMe reserves the right to suspend or remove Practitioners who breach professional or ethical standards or receive repeated poor feedback.

Once registered, the BookMe team will evaluate your profile and activate it within 3 working days. Then, you'll need to complete a short onboarding process to become visible to users.

Being an expert on the BookMe platform means you are subject to BookMe's Terms of Service, which you will be able to access on our website.

Your privacy is important to us. The BookMe Privacy Policy explains our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your personal data is used on the BookMe platform.
